I am the
broker and owner of Capitol Realty. Capitol Realty opened the doors November 1,
2000 and from the first day we have been going strong and working hard to help
buyers and sellers achieve their goals. I have helped many people over my last
13 years of selling real estate and made many wonderful friendships. Living in
Clarksville until I was 8 years old and Waverly the rest of my life has given
me valuable ties and knowledge of Waverly and surrounding
communities.
Capitol Realty belongs to the MLS (Multiple Listing
Service) which is a big benefit for buyers and sellers. I am also a member of
the Butler/Bremer/Chickasaw and Waterloo/Cedar Falls Board of
Realtors.
My family includes my husband Ken, who is employed at GMT in
Waverly as the Purchasing Manager. Ken is always busy as he is a member of the
W-SR Booster Club and W-SR baseball. Ken helps me out at Capitol now and then,
and we both try to keep up with our son.
Our son, Kyle, is a high school
student at W-SR. He is involved with baseball, basketball, is employed at the
Fareway grocery store and is an honor student. Kyle likes hunting, fishing, all
sports and spending time with his friends.
